1. Reservation Policy
- Booking Process: Guests can reserve a room online through our website, by phone, or in person. All reservations are subject to availability.
- Guarantee: A valid credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. No charges will be made to the card until check-in, unless specified otherwise.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Standard Rate: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the check-in date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will incur a charge equal to one night's stay.
- Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations or modifications can be made after booking.
2. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.
- Check-Out: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.
3. Payment Policy
- Payment Method: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards for payment. Cash payments are also accepted at check-out.
- Pre-Authorization: Upon check-in, a pre-authorization will be taken on your credit card for incidentals. This amount will be released upon check-out, provided there are no charges.
4. Children & Extra Bed Policy
- Children: Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge when using existing bedding. A maximum of one child per room is allowed.
- Extra Beds: Extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
5. Pet Policy
- Pets: Small pets are allowed with prior notice and must be kept on a leash in public areas. There may be a non-refundable cleaning fee for pets.
- Service Animals: Service animals are welcome at no extra charge, in accordance with applicable laws.

- Valet Service: Valet parking may be available at an additional cost.
