1. Introduction

Welcome to Hotel Glacier. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and booking services. By using our website or making a reservation, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservation and Payment

  • Booking Process: Reservations can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. A reservation is considered confirmed once you have received a booking confirmation email.
  • Payment: Full payment may be required at the time of booking or upon check-in, depending on the rate plan you choose. We accept, online payments, debit cards, and cash payments.
  • Pre-Authorization: Upon check-in, a pre-authorization will be taken on your card for incidental charges. The pre-authorization will be released upon check-out, provided there are no additional charges.
  • Rate Information: Rates are subject to change and availability. Special promotions or offers may have specific terms and conditions that apply.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Standard Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the check-in date without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in will result in a charge equal to one night's stay.
  • Non-Refundable Reservations: If you book a non-refundable rate, the reservation cannot be canceled or modified, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the same payment method used during the booking. Processing times for refunds may vary based on your financial institution.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.
  • Check-Out: Check-out time is by 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Late Arrival: If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please inform us in advance to avoid cancellation of your reservation.

5. Hotel Policies

  • Smoking: Our hotel is a non-smoking property. Smoking in rooms or public areas will incur a cleaning fee and may result in eviction from the hotel.
  • Pets: Pets are not allowed in hotel.
  • Noise: We enforce quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay. Excessive noise during these hours may result in eviction and additional charges.
  • Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property during their stay. Charges will be applied for repairs or replacements if necessary.

6. Liability

  • Hotel Liability: The hotel is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their property, except where required by law. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe to store valuables.
  • Force Majeure: The hotel is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseeable events.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Personal Information: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only the necessary information for reservation and service purposes.
  • Data Usage: Your personal data will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for hotel operations (such as booking platforms).

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Araria.
